Shana's 101 Things in 1,001 Days List: # 37

Forgot to add this one! Jenna and Laura bought me knitting classes for my birthday this year and I took the class in February. I am nearly done with my scarf! Just need to knit the final row and I'll be done. Only took almost an entire year! I'll post a photo when completed.

The List

Health & Wellness

1. Attend 10 yoga or Pilates classes

2. Try eating vegetarian for two weeks

3. Acquire health insurance - completed 6/1/08

4. Obtain and maintain weight goal weight of 135 pounds

5. Run the mile without walking

6. Go one week without alcohol 5 times - completed sometime in 2009

7. Quit fast-food altogether - completed early 2009

8. Quit smoking - completed 2009

9. Eat organic for two weeks straight

10. Manage my anger

11. Successfully complete at least one 3-day cleansing fast

12. Go to dentist- 3 times - 1/3 completed 7/30/08
